Much appreciation to Celia for helping to a create a special birthday celebration for my family across the miles! Celia was incredible co-designing a personalized birthday session for my stepmother online. Celia shared such wonderful stories and the music was moving! Not long after Celia arrived, my mother-in-law, Anita, entered hospice with stage 4 cancer. Celia gifted us all with her beautiful music and also played at Anita’s memorial mass. Her music is both comforting and inspiring: Angel Wings Fingers fly in familiar patterns, dulcet tones shimmer from strings. Hearing hearts soften, spirits rise, smiles appear. What a true blessing you are, Celia. My mom always loved music and I know you helped her on her journey but you also helped me as well. God sent me another angel to help momma find her way. Thank you so much for traveling all the way to the Applegate and play for my mom and me and Scooter.

I purchased Celia’s CD for the love of harp music. But what I found is beyond strings. She weaves the glass harmonica and the flute to create the most soothing, enchanting and beautiful sounds I’ve ever heard. I have three teens and none of them would ever be inclined to listen to anything but rap and pop, but I found that one of the things they look forward to is her music when I drive them to and from school. It takes us all to a level of peace difficult to explain. My 16-year-old son even listens to it while he studies! He learned at United World College to tune into classical and similar music to help his focus. All 3 of my teens use the CD to find focus and get grounded. Her music is beauty and medicine at the same time. It’s joyful and thoughtful. You lose track of time and that just shows how mesmerizing her music is. And if the music alone can bring you to that state, her music bath is transforming.
